Safety
Working
with
equipment and scaffold has safety risks. Being at height naturally
means that more care should be taken to avoid potential injury.
HiReach
takes the
safety of its clients very seriously.
Equipment
All equipment
is checked against strict safety
criteria before being supplied, to ensure all operators can be
confident with can rely on the equipment.
We
recommend that
operator training
is conducted, to ensure the limits of each piece of equipment are well
known.
Operator
instructions and safety harnesses are supplied with every piece of
equipment.
Rental
equipment
is returned to our Service Centre after each hire, where routine safety
checks are carried out.
All
equipment
undergoes quarterly and annual inspections as per Australian standards.
Scaffold
A
combined 40
years experience solving difficult access problems means that our
scaffold experts have
knowldge and capability to build scaffolding properly and safely the
first time.
A risk
assessment is made, and potential hazards are removed before any
scaffold is erected.
Hand
rails and
mid rails are always used, as per Australian standards.
People using
scaffolding need to remember safety
first - never
stand on handrails or mid rails.
