​​The objective of our Latner implementation is to simplify processes, so we can speed up and improve service delivery.

We aim to make everyone's job easier by having the information that you need more accessible, and centrally stored - to reduce duplication and make things more streamlined.

If you have specific questions about how certain processes or data will be managed in the new system (particularly things that are out of the box), or you want to make sure specific things are taken into consideration or don't get missed, please record them on this form, and we will make sure to include it as we work our way through the implementation.

Information sessions and training will also be run to make sure everyone knows how to use the system, to let you know what's happening.
